摘要： 本文报告53例外伤性后颅窝血肿,其中经手术治疗46例,非手术治疗7例。有9例术前呼吸骤停,经抢救成活4例。作者结合有关文献,就血肿的来源、临床表现特点、早期诊断、及呼吸骤停的抢救等问题进行了讨论。
