王椿主任医师、博导简介

加拿大安大略肿瘤研究所骨髓移植中心博士后。中华医学会血液学分会委员兼秘书长，中华医学会上海血液学专业委员会候任主任委员，上海市血液学研究所副所长、上海市器官移植临床医学中心副主任。血液科是院重点学科，现有床位80张，北部普通病床44张，南部普通病床29张，用于造血干细胞移植的100级无菌层流病床7张。造血干细胞移植是本学科的主攻方向，包括自体和异基因骨髓、外周血造血干细胞和脐血移植。治疗恶性疾病包括急慢性白血病、淋巴瘤、多发性骨髓瘤、骨髓增生异常综合征、原发性骨髓纤维化、乳腺癌、卵巢癌和脑胶质细胞瘤和非恶性疾病有重型再生障碍性贫血、阵发性睡眠性血红蛋白尿。拥有一个上海市卫生局所属的造血干细胞移植研究室，建立了比较完整和系统的操作规程，并逐渐建立自己的优势项目。在国内较早地建立了异基因移植后供受者血细胞嵌合体定量检测的平台，开展外周血干细胞移植和脐血移植治疗再生障碍性贫血，自体+异基因双移植治疗多发性骨髓瘤，异基因移植治疗骨髓纤维化，采用造血干细胞移植拯救性治疗白血病和淋巴瘤。目前已经完成300多例，近2年均超过60例。先后承担国家自然基金、上海市科委重点和重大项目、卫生部课题等。在国内牵头组织造血干细胞移植多中心、前瞻性、随机临床研究2项，并建立了临床研究的可持续发展平台。
