【摘要】The invention discloses a preparation method and an application of laponite (LAP) bioceramics. The method comprises a first step of tabletting LAP powder in a mold through a uniaxial pressing method to obtain LAP sheets and a second step of sintering the LAP sheets in a muffle furnace to obtain the LAP bioceramics. The preparation method and application provided by the invention are simple in process products are easily available cost of LAP is relatively low the prepared LAP bioceramics have good blood compatibility and good capacity for accelerating bone healing, and have wide application prospects in the fields of tissue engineering scaffold materials, particularly the field of bone damage repair.
