【摘要】The invention belongs to the biological medicine field, and relates to a method for screening medicines, and concretely relates to a method for screening a sensitive type intractable epilepsy medicine. According to the invention, an epilepsy animal model capable of generating repeatedly spontaneous epileptic seizure is established, the medicine sensitive type and the medicine resistant subgroup are screened by providing the epilepsy animal model anti-epileptic medicine, and the sensitive type intractable epilepsy medicine can be screened according to the expression difference of the corresponding risk factors. The invention provides a novel treatment target and a solution method for solving the problems of drug effect reduction for intractable epilepsy presented in a present clinical application.
