【摘要】The invention, belonging to the field of biomedicine and high polymer material, relates to a radioactive biodegradable bile duct stent and a preparation method thereof. The radioactive biodegradable bile duct stent is a hollow tubular stent comprising biocompatible high-molecular degradable material and radioactive substance, is characterized in that the two ends are provided with barbed reverse beards, and accords with the anatomic characteristics of human pancreatic duct. The radioactive biodegradable bile duct stent disclosed herein can carry out radiosurgery on the tumors locally, especially for treating pancreaticobiliary malignancies, can reduce systemic side effect caused by radiosurgery while raising the curative effect, can be degraded in a certain time with no toxicity and no harm, can avoid continuous stimulation of permanent stents to lumen and organs in the body, and can avoid restenosis. The radioactive biodegradable bile duct stent has the advantages of simple preparation method, low price of materials, and strong practicality.
