  • 【摘要】The invention relates to a one-step manufacture method of a micro-flow diagnosis chip. The method comprises the step of fixing bio-macromolecule at a fixed point on the surface of a chip mould. The method is characterized in that the step of fixed-point fixation comprises the following specific steps: firstly, coating a anti-adhesion coating on the surface of the chip mould spotting the sample of the bio-macromolecule solution at a special region casting polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) and demoulding a solidified PDMS casting layer, and uncovering the fixed bio-macromolecule. Therefore, By utilizing the method, the manufacturing chip and the fixation of the bio-macromolecule can be realized by one-step method, thus the required time of a technological process is rapidly and efficiently shortened, and the cost for manufacturing the micro-flow diagnosis chip is lowered.
