【摘要】The utility model provides a sampling device used for carrying out cytological examination on tissues of pancreatic and bile ducts. The sampling device is composed of a sheath pipe and a sampling inner core. A reticular air bag is arranged at the front segment of the sampling inner core, the head end of the sampling inner core presents the shape of a smooth cone, and the tail end of the sampling inner core is an operation handle a layer of reticular structure is adhered on the outer surface of the reticular air bag, presenting the transverse and longitudinal interlacing shape. The sampling device adopts simple structure and is convenient for use. The operating method of the sampling device is the same as that of the ordinary pancreatic and bile ducts. After the reticular air bag is expanded, lattices on the surface of the air bag obviously exert greater cutting action on the tissues than a sample which is obtained simply by contact friction, thereby greatly increasing the success rateof pathological material obtaining, leading rich cell content of the collected sample, obtaining tissue cells at the deep part under a mucous membrane, obviously improving the sensitivity, and reducing the number of times of repeated operation as well as examination.
