【摘要】Provided are a polypeptide for preventing and inhibiting neovascularization, and an application thereof. Also provided are a preparation method for the polypeptide, and a pharmaceutical composition containing the polypeptide. The polypeptide provided in the present invention has a small molecular weight, good water-solubility, permeability to a variety of eye tissue barriers, and capacity of maintaining a high concentration in neutral tears, aqueous humor and vitreous humor.
