【摘要】Spontaneous rupture of a mediastinal germ cell tumor, while rare, is always accompanied by bleeding. In this report, we describe a case of a primary mediastinal mixed germ cell tumor that presented with bilateral massive hemothorax and hemorrhagic shock.
